Found some rib roasts on sale at $4.47/lbs. So I picked up a couple 2 bone roasts and cut them into steaks. A little sprinkle of nature's seasons...been addicted to that stuff since I was a kid. Tossed them on over some charcoal and a bunch of mesquite chunks.

Those look great! Just like how I like them too! I took some rib eyes out of the deep freeze this morning to do exactly this for dinner!

What we couldn't finish last night, am enjoying now. Wife sliced up leftovers and made a salad with some blue cheese and a nice pale ale.
