somebody shut me the fark up.
We had a little cookout for our churches Choir and Alter Boys on Sunday.
The menu consisted of a load of Burgers and Hot Dogs along with Smoked Chicken legs and a few racks of ribs.
I also grilled some XL Shrimp which are always good. We put two shrimp on a skewer, brushed it with butter and
applied some BBQ Rub. Everybody love them.
As things slowed up we grilled Pineapple slices that were soaked in coconut milk and seasoned with brown sugar
and other spices. This recipe came from from Steven Raichlen's book "How to Grill".
It's always and honor to cook for the congregation.
