Belly Bacon

My first real post... Some days ago I prepared a nice piece of Bacon on the Weber kettle. Marinated it in the fridge overnight in soja sauce, olive oil, vinegar, oignons, garlic, pepper salt, spices, honey, brown sugar.
Then let it drip out and on the grill. indirect heat for 4,5 hours.
Man, was it tasty... hmmm. The meat was 2,2kg, we ate it with 4 persons (of which 2 ladies).

You'll also see that the weather is not keeping me from bbq'ing...

BTW, sorry for the Englisch language, I'm only a poor Belgian guy
