S suprfast Guest Feb 4, 2010 #4 Is there a reason why people do not cut by hand? Would it just be very time consuming as opposed to a very very sharp knife? Ive always cut by hand, and after a brisket or two i can see how it would be nice, but i just feel wrong. kris
