I am on a role today after the pizza and calzones warmup...

For dinner, I'm gonna cook some boneless pork chops stuffed with proscuitto & provelone cheese on the egg...

planning on 350-375 degrees .. Using the Woo2 ring to cook at felt line level.

The procuitto and provelone gave it a lot of flavor from the inside so I did not want to overpower it w/ other flavors that might not work. So I just brushed them with some leftover olive oil and salt & pepper that I also used on the slices of zuchinni.

That is the ultimate stuff pork chop. Very nice.
