Cooked these on the Bandera but the Pictures came out real bad, to much Sunlight.

Moved to the Weber to Crisp up the skin. Got in a bit of a hurry, used Lump in the kettle and some of the skin got pretty cooked. :mad: Buried them on the bottom for the Pron. :heh:

looks better than great to me. my wife likes the skin a bit beyond crispy so that would make her happy:thumb:
