Brisket and ribs in the Shirley tomorrow. Been a little while since I got to tend the fire. Looking forward to it.
I have one of my over weight chickens on the joe rotisserie, going to make chicken and noodles for a neighbor and her kids tomorrow. Sunday have a group coming over for end of deer season cook. Been saving a couple of briskets from the last steer I lucked into due to a lame front leg. Hog apple beans and potato salad for sides.

Tonight, a 1 1/2" thick pork steak with SPOG, taken to 138 deg, a baked sweet potato, and steamed broccoli. Tomorrow and Sunday, who knows?

This was Thursday, not really the weekend, but it can never start too early
I just love that little uuni pizza oven!
This weekend:
I think I still have some belly pork, so if I can find it, that's what it's going to be. Marinated in ketjap (sweet soy), chili, garlic and ginger.
If I can't find it, then it's gonna be chicken thighs
