Stainless Steel!

Thicker Stainless is one heck of a insulator! I'm really liking it...I got the Jimmy Smoker going on some rib tips. It's 25 out with a windchill of 6 and it's holding heat like a champ @ 275 solid with very little air open.

If you build one of these smokers definitely go stainless vs aluminum.

Aluminum conducts heat 10x better than stainless

Yea a little lake effect i think. We rarely get any of it but sometimes if the bands go out far enough we get it. Lol, no snow tires today but i'm expecting a bad MidWest.
