Picked up some good looking Ribeyes and seasoned them with Q-Salt and Cyprus Flake

Flipped the vortex downside up (or upside down, if you prefer ;) )
Loaded it with briquettes and a couple of small chunks of apple wood

Wifey roasted some Brussel sprouts with a black garlic & blackberry compound butter and feta while I was grill’n

That there is a beautiful plate. Ribeye and brussels are always welcome.:clap2:
 
YUM That looks excellent Perfectly cooked Brussels sound and look great too
There is a ribeye TD but you have to get rid of the sprouts

That is a perfect cook, my friend. The only thing missing is an extra steak and me.
