Is there anyone here that currently runs and operates a BBQ food trailer or truck? Wondering if I could bounce some numbers off of you and send some spreadsheets to. I am in the last step of putting together a business plan and the expected overhead. been working on this about 3 months. Also did all the inventory down to the tooth pick and the plate costs. Anyone in California since the prices are drastically different out here vs other areas from what I have found in my research.
