Snowshoe Grilling Challenge

The 18th Annual Snowshoe Grilling Challenge is set to kick off 2011 at the Abington VFW on Saturday March 12th.
This event will count towards NEBS ToY and the Grand Champion gets a free entry to March 26th's Grillin' On The Bay in Brooklyn, NY.
Categories include:
Strip Steak (a.k.a New York or Kansas City Strip) standard garnish
Pork Tenderloin standard garnish
Sausage Fatty standard garnish - stuffing IS allowed
Chef's Choice (no dessert) open garnish
This event is a benefit for the Abington Food Pantry, and donations will be collected that day. The Food Pantry accepts all kinds of food, including fresh vegetables, meats and breads, frozen foods, pet foods, dry goods (paper towels, toilet paper, ZipLoc bags, etc.), toiletries (shampoo, soap, bleach, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.) and canned goods (but no #10 cans please). Cash or grocery store card donations are most welcome as well.
We are now at 17 teams.
