I dunno whether to laugh or cry.

I have shut down vending for the winter, and catering has been slim to nil the past few months.

Then, WHAMMO!

I got home, and I have $300 worth of meat going out tomorrow, and just booked $4000 in catering before New Years Day!!!

Cash is tight right now, this couldn't have come at a better time!

I am farking exhausted. Up all night cooking butts, and am about to deliver the last of the ribs. Last minute money is good, but you work your arse off for it.

$4,000 came just in time for the holidays. Good luck, our catering slowed down also but just booked small company jobs on the 15th, 17th and possibly the 18.
