Went diving thurs and caugh two lobsters. So tonight is surf n turf. Grilled em up on the performer with oak. Thanks for looking.

Thanks all. The tails are monstrous. Those steaks are only 5oz lol. Got eh ought left over for a lobster roll for lunch tomorrow :)

Oak was really for the steaks but the lobster took on a little of the flavor. I just used a small piece. It was tasty with the hint of smoke on it. :)
