Needed to use up some dry brisket, so made some chili. Started by toasting some chile peppers and steeping them in some beef broth.

Fried some bacon, until it started to crisp, then added some ground brisket trimmings.

Once the burger was cooked, I added a can of tomato paste.

Wow, Josh!...and then some. How about "Meat Coma Chili". Mighty fine.

Looks awesome, I'm stealing your recipe. Reminds me of a "$200 Chilli" recipe I cooked for our club. Thanks for sharing........I appreciated the pics.

That might be a more fitting name. I ate last night, an still feel like I just ate a big meal. That's what I call stick to your ribs food.

This looks amazing! You should do a video on this, I would watch that! :thumb:

I don't really have the setup or time for videos. Normally just me and my phone. Thanks for the compliment though. Maybe one of these days.

Wow, kitchen sink is right! Love to try it. Looks great.

Josh, you hit that one outta the park. That looks Pharkin' awesome.

Thanks guys, it was really good. I rarely use a recipe for chili. I doubt I have ever made two pots that were exactly the same. One of those meals that is good for cleaning out the fridge.

Looks super. Makes my chili look kinda pathetic.
