Bone-in Ribeye steaks were on sale this week, so I picked up two for dinner.

Not bad looking steaks -

The Goldens' is set up for two zone grilling - coals to one side of the divider plate. We'll start these off on the indirect side of the grill -

After a few flips and having reached an internal temp around 120F, over to the hot side they go for a reverse sear -

This was one fine weeknight dinner. Nothing like a great bone-in ribeye! Definitely the star of the show.

As always, thanks for reading through to the end of this post.

You are living right!

I just prefer a little more moo in mine. We all have our preferences!

Nicely done Dom. Looks and sounds fantastic. Love a good ribeye. I would say the star of the show was the one who cooked the ribeyes

ribeye is so good but they are so expensive lately.

These were on sale this week at Hannaford (a local supermarket that I don't often shop) from $13.49 to $6.99/lb. I couldn't pass these up at that price.
