Roasted two sea basses this saterday. They turned out great.
Tried to put some of the meat on a wrap, but was a waste of good quality fish. The flavours were to delicate in comparison with the wrap.

Looks Great. I Love a nice simple Sea Bass. Never done it whole tho.
