Last week in the meat bin by itself with a couple of packs of free range skinless thighs. Never done a boneless butt before. Tied it up and rubbed with Dan N Nicks dry rub seasoning and on the Joe by 7:30 am at 270. I’m thinking 1 or 1:30.

I'm digging the cute little butt on that smoker (have we all been cooped up this long?). I'm in line behind Marty for a sandwich. Looks great!
