What’s everyone’s favorite rub lately? I’ve been using sap sucker on my ribs and love it.
 
Cavenders Greek Seasoning for chicken, and Pumpkin Spice Rub for ribs.:-D

Lately it's been Killer Hogs BBQ rub and Suckle Busters SPG.
I'm very interested in the new SPOGOS.

SuckleBuster's 1836. It rocks on some low and slow beef.

Killer Hogs is my go-to rub right now. Haven't had a chance to properly try out the Oakridge rubs I picked up.
 
Last 30 days? Weber’s Steak n chop on steaks and shorties. Simply marvelous cherry and OR secret weapon on everything else. Also OR Santa Maria on skewered shrimp was very good.
 
I've been on a Oakridge Smokey Chile Lime kick lately. Works on beef, pork, and chicken. It was killer on some skirt steak for fajitas last week.
 
Blues Hog Bold and Beefy...it's so good on everything.

I have a lot of different ones in rotation (and since I haven't cooked ribs or pork in a while, some of the heavy hitters have been on the shelf).


That said: Killer Hogs AP.



I use that for everything lately (either alone or as a base layer).
 
Kosher salt/ Black pepper as a base.Other seasonings depend on what protein I am cooking.
