Had my butcher slice up a 7 lb Butt for me. Tossed them on the Weber. Had Mac n Cheese and a salad.

My pan is clean, really. Great alum pizza pie pan. I guess I should take some oven cleaner to it.

They look good but would have been better in a smoke butt ready for pulling.
 
That's why I am a "butt" man... you can do some much with them! :lol:
 
I'd hit that...:p Gonna throw some chops on the gasser here shortly myself.
