brisket and butt

I want to cook a brisket and a butt in the bandera. I'm thinking that the butt should be below the brisket. Any thoughts? I also want to throw some beans on there in the last 4 hours of the cook and I'll squeze a fatty on there at some point.
 
That's they way I'd stack them. The butt is more forgiving than brisket.
Throw the fatties on the very top.

And when they are done, freeze dry them and ship to me for taste testing and quality control.
 
I think I'd do the opposite (brisket on bottom, butt on top) to allow butt drippings on the brisket (thereby keeping it moist and adding flavor). Just my $.02

That brisket should get plenty of basting from the fatties up top.

I'm with Spoon: put the poke up top so its drippings can baste the brisket below. Then you can do the brisket fat-down!

The pork baste adds a wonderful flavor to the brisket, I think.
