It was kinda tasty. Thanks for looking!

If i'm seeing right you use a gallon size bag, but you don't roll it all the way out right? I like that combo of ingredients and it looks good to!

Thanks everyone!!

Holy crap! That is amazing. Where did you get that fatty piston!?

Thank you Jaskew! A friend in Germany saw the pvc one I made. http://cowgirlscountry.blogspot.com/2009/10/breakfast-fatty.html

He liked it and had two stainless ones made. Then he sent one of them to me. It's smaller in diameter than mine but I really like it.

Phancy plating Girl!
Phatty looks a bit lonely on that Drum...:cop:

Thank Phu and you are right. I should have had the cooker full. :-D

Thanks Ron! Yes I use a one gallon baggie but I like to keep the sausage at least 1/4" thick or thicker to avoid blow outs.

Thanks again everyone!

May try this when my arteries settle down, looks great.
cheers.

That bacon weave you do brings tears to my eyes every time I see it. What a thing of beauty. I think you could wrap that around an old boot and I would hit it. But naturally I would rather have that fatty you put together.

What everyone above said and respecting your fine dicing. You have the knife skills of a surgeon.

Oh yeah, and I'm droolin' all over my shirt again!
