2 Boston Butts

I got 2 bone in boston butts about 8 lb each. Both were injected and rub applied- slabs and plowboy's Sat. around 11AM. My intial plan was to put them on @ midnight and wrap them when I get up. However around 1030 I said Fark this and went to bed. Got up @ 5:45 and started the Egg. Temp is set @ 250. Will put the Butts on around 8A. The Butts will have had almost 24 hrs with the injection and rubs. I was asked to do one by my boss for a suprise baby shower for a coworker. The other is for the house

Put on 8:10 Holding steady @ 250

One wrapped @ 170. The other 155

Reached about 200 @ 3:50 Put in the cooler and then pulled @ 8P- had to watch some football. The bone pulled out clean It turned out pretty good. Got 3 votes of approval from family- my harshest critics.
