I decided to make jerk chicken with black beans and rice, mashed potatoes, pearl onions and gravy.

Here's the whole bunch. I did four chickens on my mini UDS. They really came out good.

I used an off the shelf marinade that tastes as close to the real thing as I have found. It's from Jamaica. It's called Walkerswood and it's fantastic.
