A stainless steel smoker for $279

I think Stainless steel and BBQ/Smoking do not mix. Way too much work to keep stainless clean. I guess I just like the dirty black look.

Yeah, as long as they're black What I dislike is firebox rust-out; like mine almost is. Stainless does hold an advantage there.

Not calling you out, but I, and the others, really do like seeing some of the older members post (not age, but when we came here.)

What I really like about these units are the cooking grate supports. Top and bottom rails for each grate provide stability that I'm still trying to duplicate on my Bandera.
