its going to be a lazy day of BBQ for me while the hubs is golfing. Doing a slab of dinos before the remnants of bill comes to my area . Trying out some new peppers that I found. one of them is an applewood smoked pepper I got at the grocery store and the other one is a bourbon smoked pepper I bought at a beer festival.
I love pepper, can't get enough.







Oh. And if anyone shows up I'm divorcing the hubs.:drama:
 
Hour 4...tropical storm Bill just starting to sprinkle in.
Skewer sliding in nicely...just a little tight though the bottom layer so I'm going to let it go another 20 minutes and check again.
No crutch the entire cook. Will butcher wrap when I pull them off.
Since it's raining I threw a little more coal on to power through.


Oh and the hubs almost got served papers...just called to see if there was enough for his golf friends to come over......:evil:
Love him but he's clueless.
