It has been a while since I entered a Throwdown. After the Great Yardbird debacle I have laid low.
Well now I'm back. The Garlic Month TD called my name and here is my entry:
The Great Garlic Ronin Vampire-Proof Chicken
We start with a whole chicken, some Tony Chachere's, and some fresh garlic:
We injected the bird and seasoned with Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic:
Next we use the garlic mandolin to prepare the bird for battle, like a true Ronin:
We continue until the bird is fully battle hardened:
Now we slow roast the bird with its battle armor and whole clove stuffing to ensure that we are victorious over any vampire foolish enough to challenge us:
