Over here we call them "kikker billen"(translated frog butts).
I never tried them bePhore so it was another Phirst for me.
Dennessey and I didn't find them really special...next time I probably buying some wings instead.
It tasted like chicken with a little bit of sea Phlavour.
They didn't suck but I'd rather buy some wings.
It also tasted a bit like croc but I think croc is tastier.
Butts were marinated in chardonnay,L&P,olive oil,apple cider vinigar,lot's of garlic,parsley,chipotle,sugar,salt,pepper.
We also had some ostrich steaks.
