I've seen one of these used at a fast food place near my house for gyro meat. It is quick.

What is it powered by? anything?, it looks like an air hose running from the bottom along the users arms. pretty slick.

That's all that I'd need in my new kitchen! The wife already thinks I'm nuts, but in a good dinner kind of way.
