I've seen one of these used at a fast food place near my house for gyro meat. It is quick.
 
What is it powered by? anything?, it looks like an air hose running from the bottom along the users arms. pretty slick.

They have both electric and pneumatic models. The electric models need this motor to work I'm not sure about the pneumatic models.

Notice what the operator is wearing on his left hand. No he is not a knight of the roundtable and he is not going to his second job at a rennisance fair. People who use this equipment on a daily basis typically have nicknames like lefty or Billy-three-fingers :wink:

But it is definatly a cool-tool...
