Corned Beef Hash---Kinda!

So I thawed a Corned Beef Brisket that I had Pastramisized a couple weeks ago, and decided to sacrifice it to the experimental gods. I had seen a similar thread and decided it was sure worth a try. I put 1 med. Baking Potato, diced in the pan w/a little EVOO, lg tbsp minced Garlic, Diced Onion and Todd's Dirt. It came out pretty dang good if I do say so myself.:clap2:

I forgot to mention that in addition to the ingredients listed in the 1st post, there was also a 4 oz. can of Macayo Diced Green Chili tossed in; After all, this is Arizona...

CB Hash has got to be one of my favorite breakfast, lunch , dinner...... well foods ever. Yours looks great and thanks for the green chili idea.
