applebees style riblets!! heck for $9.90 for a 10 lb box, figured i could not go wrong!!:p:p

I wouldn't compare your delicious looking eats to them though...
There's no comparison with home smoked riblets.:lol:

Those look good. Where did you get them? What kind of rub is on them?

got them from a local mom and pop store. they also raise and butcher their own angus cattle!! YUMMY!!! i sprinkled a little tones lemon pepper and a pretty generous portion of weber's sweet and tangy bbq seasoning.
 
Wow, nice score and those are great looking "Capribee" riblets. On a side note have you ever been to Capri, my Mom was born there.

i had a problem with them!! the dang bones kept falling out!!:roll::roll::roll:
