Humpday Tri-tip

Mhmm good looking tri-tip and tasty looking rub.

Looks great. I hve yet to try a tri-tip, seems like they are hard to find around here. I asked at Sam's Club and the meat guy told be I could get them there if I called to have a whole one held, other wise they cut it into three pieces.
