New guy posting - found this forum through Google. Looking forward to learning from others who also love year round smoking in the North Country.

I’m ready to invest in a bigger cooker, stick burner most definitely, having graduated from my WSM and a Bull gasser. Looking forward to hearing more about “to insulate or not to insulate my firebox” and any other tips I should explore in my cooker build.
