I just unwrapped my new cookshack sm150 smoker. :-D Needed a NSF approved smoker for vending farmers markets this year. I bought this because I was able to get this weeks ahead of schedule as this was for a new bbq restaurants in MA, but he was delayed with his opening so I took his and he can get mine in six weeks. Up next is the FEC 100.
