OK, some details. I bought my Party from Steve (5-0 BBQ) and Leah, owner of the BBQ Equipment Store in Hampstead, MD. Steve gave me a great deal since I am a Brethren. I am super happy with the service and the smoker. Check out his website at www.bbqequipmentstore.com
As I type I have it running at 400 degrees to season it. I hope to throw some ribs in tomorrow. This winter I will do a lot practice so I can start competing in the spring. I will be using a BBQ Guru to manage the temps.
