Babbling Farker
I love a good smoked meatloaf, and the family loves this one!
The cast.......
Chopped up all the onions, celery and green pepper and saute`d those.......
While those were cooling, all the rest in the bowl........
All mixed up and loaves made and sprinkled with a little SM Season All.......
I did these on the kettle with some Mesquite for smoke. I start them on the foil for about the first hour, at that point they are firm enough to turn and I remove the foil.
Flip......sprinkled with a little more Season All.....
For about the last 20 minutes of the cook, I apply my glaze, made from these.......
My kettle ran at around 300-325, and these reached an IT of 165 at about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Made up a batch of garlic-sour cream whipped taters and some broccoli to go along.......
Plated and ate.........
Came out real tasty and had a pretty decent smoke ring as well. Looking forward to a meatloaf sammie for lunch today:-D.
Thanks for looking all,
KC
