Holidays at the Dirt Man house

This year I had some family stay over the holidays. Everyone wanted me to get DIRTY outside, so I did a few different things. I fried a Turkey and also did a rack of ribs and a couple of Pork Tenderloin. My wife tricked me by telling me we had a couple of racks of ribs, when we realy only had one. How does one BBQ one rack? So I did a extra Pork Tenderloin. I used Plowboy's yardbird on the ribs, without any sauce. In my opinion putting sauce on top of Plowboys should be a sin. Here are the pictures.

Nice Todd......I think the wife really wanted the tenderloin.....and by the looks of it couldn't blame her....
 
Thanks guys for the comments. It was all really good. I love fried turkey. I seasoned it up inside and out. Love it. You are wrong about the tenderloin. it was my sister that wanted it. She and my brother in law were all over it.

That is a nice spread. Like the color on that fried turkey, too.
