I am no photographer and spend little time on plating. :redface:

But, this was a hit this year.

PR with garlic mashed taters, glazed carrots, and burgundy mushrooms.

This didn't suck. :-D

i'm with you, i like to keep the presentation simple and i am no photographer. all that matters is the flavor and that meal looks like it had ton of it. great job!
