Winter smoke shack

One of the best things I ever had build for smoking in the winter. Being in northern New York winters can get bad but with the shack I can still roll that great smell of BBQ. View attachment 73727

Curious as to how it's powered? Small generator? I can't see you getting enough juice from the truck to run what you need.

That is pretty cool looking smoke shack. You definitely arent as hardcore as PWA smoking 70lbs of pork butts in -43F weather in Alaska:crazy: But then again I can't blame you for not being that hardcore either

I have it wired to plug into a outdoor outlet and also wired to run a generator. Works great.
