Just some pics from Thanksgiving. Wanted to get more, but was farking overloaded with family and kids. Enjoy...

Loins coming getting ready to come off the Spicewine...lots of steam and smoke. It was about 38 degrees here in central Iowa.

In the pan, ready to serve. No fancy garnishing, just dig in folks. Served it with some Blues Hog and Sa-Mokin sauce.
