I've been in Florida since mid February escaping the cold in Ohio. Be back home end of March. Anyways, I was in Tarpon Springs the other day and went into a spice shot. I was really impressed with all the different things they offered. Lots of "blends" etc. They also had some things that I've not seen elsewhere like "blue cheese powder" and other cheese powders.
