Sorry it took so long. Had to get the Misses to write it down.
This is Her basic version.
2 lb bag of large elbow macaroni
1 box Velveeta large
2 cans Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese soup
1 cube (1/2 cup) of butter
2/3 cup of milk
Boil Macaroni in 4 quarts of water with a Tablespoon of vegetable oil in it 7-10 minutes until cooked.
Cut up Velveeta into 1 inch cubes
Melt butter in heavy bottom pan
Put in cubed Velveeta and Soup
Stir constantly
Add milk when Velveeta starts to melt in
Stir constantly until cheese is completed melted and then remove from heat
Drain cooked macaroni and blend with cheese sauce
