Leftovers Inspiration: The Hot Brown

If you're looking around for something a little different than your basic turkey sandwich, one of my personal favorites is the Hot Brown. (Recipe linked)

We made this one earlier this month after smoking a few breasts for work. How can you go wrong with smoked turkey, tomato, and bacon topped with a Mornay sauce and then broiled just for a minute or two?

These are great open faced sandwiches! You folks in Louisville, KY know what I'm talking about!

I've had Hot brown at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, they really make you want to slap your mother, they are that good.
