Brined some chicky overnight.
1 cup kosher salt
1 cup turbinado sugar
1 T garlic powder
1 T black pepper
1 cup lime juice
1 gallon water

Stuffed some breast with ham and swiss then wrapped with bacon.

Dang, I came here expecting pictures of SmokinhotMama, but, these will do just fine. I like the variation on chicken kiev, bet it tastes better than the real thing.
