Hi folks-excited to be part of the community. I found my way here looking for advise on my Pit Barrel Cooker. Started on a ECB then went on to a Weber Bullet. Bullet a little too cumbersome so I picked up a PBC 3 years ago and have been mostly impressed by its results - but cooks and temps have not been as steady as I would like. Trying to gather info on a PartyQ or other auto temp devices that may be available for the PBC to dial in a little lower steadier temps. A quality pellet is what I would really like but budget constraints keeping me in the charcoal realm for now.

Best,
George

Welocme from the western ‘burbs, George!

Use the Google search box near the bottom of the page and you’ll find a bunch of into on the PBC and the Party Q. Most guys with PBCs use them with out a controller.

Thanks everyone! Look forward to all the insight and knowledge available here.
