Good stuff Jeanie! We actually got to try some grilled cactus at a Mexican restaurant in Kansas City last weekend...

I have no idea how to describe it other than "green citrusey"...lol! :mrgreen:

Cactus tastes exactly like the blue agave energy drink. It is one of the popular brands.

Love the stuff, but desliming is a must (not the drink).
