Grilled Cactus....and some jelly

Great looking food. It has been forever since I have had prickly pear. I would definitely love to have some of that jelly!
 
Good stuff Jeanie! We actually got to try some grilled cactus at a Mexican restaurant in Kansas City last weekend...:cool: I have no idea how to describe it other than "green citrusey"...lol! :mrgreen:

Great Post! I'm glad you put the part in about how to remove the thorns too. I'd be at it with a pair of needlenose all day. ;D

Never had cacti but you sure make them look good!
