Hey everyone! I took delivery of my Fatboy last week, and had the virgin cook this past weekend. All I can say is WOW! I cooked my first shoulder and brisket on Friday, and I'm pleased to say that they came out really well. Chicken and Ribs were a great cook on Sunday. First competition ever is 8 weeks away, on Memorial Day. I've got a lot of work ahead of me, but at least I benefit from the practice :thumb: Thanks to The Giggler and Smokinit for all thier help. :clap2: See you all onthe road!
