Full Fledged Farker
Our Smokin Aint Easy competed in our second competition over the weekend at Oinktoberfest in Clarence NY. We got our first call for 2nd place brisket and finished 13th overall out of 51 teams. The field included Diva Q and Ponderosa BBQ from Pitmasters, so we were VERY happy with our 13 place finish and especially considering we were using 2 UDS and 1 WSM.
All in all was a great event, can't wait for next year to start!!!

Pork turn in, 15th place:
Brisket turn in, 2nd place!!!
This comp also had two additional categories that didn't count towards the overall champion. They were a themed side and themed dessert. The theme was Key West, this was our side entry, Carribean Slaw 26th place:
And our themed dessert, Peach cobbler, 15th place:
