i love the taste of A1, but dont want to cover up the flavor of a steak with it. is there anything else you use A1 for?

for guests who like their steak well done instead of Medium like it should be :becky:
A1 is for steak only. If you don't care for it on steak you will not like it on anything else. But by all means, rub your $40+ brisket with it.
hadnt thought about it on roasts, that sounds good. and loved when it would creep over on the plate onto the baked potatoesI like it on Burgers, roasts, baked potatoes, roasted taters.
This is 50% right. A1 would never be a thing if it wasn't for over cooked well done steaks.
Aaron Franklin uses it as his brisket rub.
