Trying some muffin cup chicken tomorrow, and a Greek marinated, boneless leg of lamb on Sunday. Drooling just thinking about it. :grin:


Don't know what your sides are going to be but I immediatly thought of tzatziki for the lamb...maybe with some mint added to the sauce and lots of garlic.
Ooooh.....couscous would be great as a side.:thumb:

Tri tip Saturday. Salmon and chicken quarters Sunday. Stuffed pork loin Monday and maybe a h&f brisket. I've been out of town for a bit and need to make up for it
 
Got the UDS fired up early, put on a big ol' chuckie as the sun was coming up, some on ribs about 9am and a fatty and some shrimp will be going on later. I'll post some pRon later, and I hope it's not pizza.

Getting ready to cook for my coworkers Monday.

24 ribeyes (got two whole ones from Sams)
12 NY strips
4 racks spares
4 whole chickens (spatchcocked)
4 whole salmon fillets
Baked sweet taters
Baked beans
Salad
Red lobster cheddar biscuits

Steak is the primary meat I just thought I'd give them something else to try and see how my skills are developing.
