Just needing some advice about building a removable charcoal grate for my grill. I've been using a sheet of expanded metal supported by
firebricks stacked in the corner. It works ok, but it's a little unstable and makes the grill much heavier and more difficult to move around. I was thinking about maybe having someone weld me a rectangular prism of heavy square tubing that I could just set in the fire box, then set a sheet of expanded metal on top, but would like some Brethren's opinion!
